Ever since Spotify added podcast, it has become one of the top apps to listen to the moving podcast, but it is still not a dedicated podcast app -and sometimes, it shows. Its main focus is still, music. Now, however, it’s getting a bit better for podcast.
Spotify has just launched a small handful update for podcast. While they are minor updates on their own, they are both things that you will appreciate very much if you hear podcasts on the spotify on a daily basis. The main notice you will see is the podcast recommendations directly on the Spotify Home. Now, your home page will suggest you podcast in the same way that it currently suggests a new music track. This can show you podcast which you have recently seen and suggested a new podcast based on your choice. The company reports that the initial response to this feature indicates that it is a hit, in which more people have allegedly engaged, saved and prefer with podcast materials with it.
There is also a new “following” feed dedicated to the new episode from the subscribed show. You will be able to reach this dedicated location by tapping the “podcast” button at the top of the app, followed by a “following” button, which users are designed to finish the need to manually search for new episodes from their favorite creators. Additionally, the platform will soon provide new equipment for podcast creators, allowing them to recommend other materials mentioned within the podcast episode. This feature will allow the creators to link to the available playlist on other podcasts, songs, audiunty, or spotf, if it is referred to through an episode, like putting links to sources on details of a Youtube video. If you use a specific song or refer to it, you want to link it to Spotify.

In addition, the creators who are engaged with comments on their podcast pages will soon be able to use emoji reactions to respond to fan response. Creators maintain control over commentary sections for their shows and individual episodes, which enabled, disabled or medium comments enabled to the manufacturer account with their spotify, disabled or with moderate comments.
Spotify has supported podcast for some time, but for some people, the app has always felt a music app first and like a podcast app, and some may prefer a dedicated podcast app because of this. This, however, should be very helpful in feeling the app like a suitable platform to really listen to the podcast.
