Starbucks revealed its protein lineup on Tuesday, and according to the company A “All in,” Press release,
Starbucks coffeehouse in the US and Canada will offer a protein cold foam topper with a new line of protein lattes starting from 29 September. Laques are made with protein-booked milk.

“We continue to go back to the Starbucks, we focus on modernization with new, relevant and hyp-qualified products, which will resonate with our customers,” said Trishi Liberman, the global main brand officer of Starbucks, in release. “Our new protein drinks tap into the growing consumer demand for protein in an innovative, premium and delicious way that only Starbucks can distribute.”
Starbucks states that its protein cold foam has been used in one of every seven beverages as the company started testing foam in July. The company also says that there is a demand – 70% of the Americans said in the survey that they were interested in consuming more protein, according to 2025 ific Food and Health Survey,

What is Starbucks Protein Cold Foam?
According to Starbucks, foam is a “creamy, foamy topping that adds texture and taste to any cold coffee, tea, or refreshers, forms a delicious, layered drinking” and adds 19 to 26 grams of protein per grand drink.
It also comes in seasonal tastes including various tastes (banana, vanilla, sugar -free vanilla, chocolate, matka, salty caramel, brown sugar, and plain), and pumpkin and pace.
Meanwhile, new lattes offer even more protein: 27 to 36 grams of value. Instead of foam topper, these drinks are prepared with newly introduced protein -rich milk.
