    T -Mobile’s Starlink Satellite service just got a huge app upgrade – WhatsApp, Maps, and add more

    T-Mobile’s Starlink-operated satellite service is getting a major upgrade in addition to popular apps.

    Earlier this year, T-Mobile introduced a satellite connectivity option that lets you send and receive the message if you are not within the reach of the cell tower. A few months ago the service was expanded to allow photos, audio and video, and now it is expanding to include some important apps.

    In A declaration this weekThe company said that T-Satellite customers can now use the required off-the-grid apps. Most apps are towards external exploits such as hiking, but some possible life-saxes provide connectivity.

    What apps work with T-satellite?

    What apps are available now with T-Satellite:

    1. Whatsapp: In addition to traditional texting and calling, now you can send messages, voice notes and photos, or call contacts through WhatsApp. “You can still see the face, hear the voice, and share the update safely,” says T-Mobile. T-Mobile said that if you are in an emergency, it is still best to use lesson-to-911 through traditional means.
    2. X: Want to be informed while going to remote places? Now you can scroll trending subjects, share updates, and join the conversation on X from anywhere. You can post lessons, photos, gifs, or videos, and you also have an option to control the high-resolution media so that you do not waste data.
    3. T-life: The main center is also available for your T-Mobile Customer Service needs. You can see and launch satellite-redi apps, share your location via SMS, and even make a live chat with a built-in helper.
    4. Alltrails: One of the most popular outdoor exploration apps, Alltrails helps you find your next increase, whether it is walking in the park or a mountain summit. You can see navigation and share your location in real time on over 500,000 trails worldwide.
    5. Accuweather: This app allows you to look down the hyperlokal forecasts for minutes, including real -time storm alerts. You can track severe weather better, see UV index, and monitor air quality.
    6. Caltopo: With Caltopo, you can create a custom map for your next increase, ski travel, or climb. The app lets you plot your path, track your location in real time and stay safe with facilities such as sloping angle shading and wildfire activity layers.
    7. onx: Apps including ONX’s suite, ONX backcover, ONX Hunt, ONX Offoard, and ONX Fish, find you hiking trails, powder stands, campsite, public and private property limitations, two-tracks and single-track routes, and fish. It also has real -time weather conditions, weather forecasting and animal movement predictions.
    8. Google Map: Google Maps lets you see maps and aerial photography, receives real-time GPS navigation for legs, cars or bikes, and more. If you are ever lost and you are not in the range of the cell tower, now you can use Google Maps to return to the track.
