Tecno confirmed its spark 40 series launch timeline on Monday. Top-end Techno Spark 40 Pro+ has been confirmed to ship with MediaTek’s new Helio G200 chipset and will offer a 1.5K resolution display. Although the brand has not disclosed the names of other models in the lineup, we can expect that it can expect Vanilla Spark 40, Spark 40 Pro, and Spark 40 Pro 5G models. They are likely to debut last year’s Techno Spark 30 series as successors.
Tecno, through a press release, Announced Spark 40 series smartphones will enter global markets in July. The new spark series smartphone is confirmed to come with AI facilities of a slim build and techno.
Tecno Spark 40 Pro Chipset Revealed
The Tecno Spark 40 Pro+ will have a premium model in the new lineup, and this will be the first to run on the latest Helio G200 chipset of MediaTek. The new 4G chipset built on the TSMC’s advanced 6Nm process has a 2x Cortex-A76 court and 6X Cortex-A 55 core cap at 2.0GHz in an octa-core CPU configuration with 6X Cortex-A 55 core. The chipset is claimed to promote more than 10 percent performance on its predecessor, MediaTek Helio G100 chipset.
The MediaTek Helio G200 has been advertised to score 470,000 on AnTuTu. It is said to enable rapid app launch, more responsible interactions and better handling of multiple functions simultaneously. The chipset will be paired with one hand gardener-G57 MC2 GPU. MediaTek Helio G200 supports DCSAR (Dynamic Communication Smart Adaptive Response) for enhanced network efficiency.

In addition to Tecno Spark 40 Pro+, the new Spark series is likely to include Spark 40, Spark 40 Pro and Spark 40 Pro 5G models. They will come with upgrade in last year’s Tecno Spark 30 series.
