The collapse of Avlon wants to follow the grandeur of large scroll games and sometimes succeed, but struggles with details
In a world where a new alder scroll is at least five to six years away, where the games of Bethesda Softworks only become more buggy with each new release, and when BDS is boycotted against Microsoft -owned properties, I can definitely see a place for a game like tainted grill: Evilon. If anything, the strict competition in a niche Bethesda is so effectively effectively for itself that it can only run innovation. All this says, I wanted to like the collapse of Evelyon, but did not eventually.
If there is a decline of Avlon Excel in an area, it is in its setup. The tainted grill franchise was originally a tabletop RPG and is already a video game adaptation. Evelyon is a Grimdark Fantasy Empire inspired by Arthurian legend, and is an idea of day-to-day difficulties of living under a monarchy to hold on both magical diseases as “Wordness”, and is an interesting day-to-day difficulties. Most of this conspiracy comes from the fact that mythological Arthur himself has long been dead and while the round tables of the knights are still present as titles, these new rulers of Kamelot do not have demi-gods, which are like the powers of erections. As a result, their rule on these land seems strictly stressful because they do not have the power to face this magical plague or deal with rebellions.

While this setup is interesting, it is also that the world construction of the game began to break in such a way that I was facing during almost every moment of the gameplay. This is because despite this Arthurian setting, Evelyon does not fall in the fantasy England region of the lotus, instead, it occurs in a southern part of the land, which is clearly a fictional version of medieval Ireland.
Celtic confusion
Like medieval Ireland, the land in the game is not ruled by a ruler, but is divided among many clans, which looks the same at first glance, but is divided by opposing customs. These clan are scattered in three playing maps of avalan’s collapse: horn, kunach, and forelock swords of the south. On its face, I should like it, as an Irish person, it is rare to see the elements of their culture in the game outside the drunk, DLC for the creed game of a killer, or topical summons in the RPG based on DLC, or RPG based on Irish Localore.
Sadly, the tainted grille: The collapse of the depiction of a fictional Irish population of Avlon is very random and lazy, as the game is only interested in borrowing the Irish aesthetics and icography, which is also an imaginary way without portraying a lot of substances in the area. Some of these Qualibals are only a little eyebrow and more than TTRPG, are based on sports, instead of anything, developer, questline, did wrong. That is, the option to make these Irish-induced areas a part of Landmas similar to Kamelot/England. If you know anything about the history of the region, you will know that the sea between these two cultures is a big reason that Ireland and England have spent so much time on obstacles with one and the other and most of Ireland have always seen themselves as autonomous from crown rule. However, the biggest problem is voice acting.
Tented grille: The collapse of Evelyon was worked by a much smaller team compared to most of the games of this scale, and the option to voice every NPC is undoubtedly a huge venture. However, this is not an excuse to the fact that every character in this game, no matter how Celtic his name is, is given a voice with a British pronunciation. Meeting characters with names such as Odran, who speaks from King’s England, often feel deeply at the point of being uncomfortable.

Is there a license-fare approach to engulf some names in the form of disappointment. While some characters keep their traditional spelling, others are made simplified for non-agent speaking audiences. This issue is the most intense with the character of Tyge. Tadgh is an Irish name that has been pronounced like “tie-an” and has been engaged for ties here, however, all voice actors did not find a clear memorandum, as some pronounced it properly, his own-game wife calls her “T-G”. Equally disappointment is that there are many celtic voices as characters with Scottish accents, but it speaks for the general lack of care or awareness to not searching for Irish actors for any of these roles.
Some names have no meaning. In the icy field you meet a character, which is called the Irish word “Noing” for Christmas, while some notable Irish with that first name are Irish folk musicians, it has never been normal, and eventually does not understand within the universe. There is no form of Christianity in the world of tainted grills (choosing instead of fake religions) or in terms of real -world holidays, hence the name is just a kind of bizarre.
These things are not delivery, but it is a consistent misconception of a culture that is clearly pulled from the gods. In other words, if you are going to include an area in the name of the real world province of Konchat (called Kunacht in-game), provoked by a plague and is going through a forcible migration by the British/Compilentian rule, at least you give it to the culture that you are ready to give the right to your names.

close up view
Even if the world feels uniquely wrong in its presentation, it will be to say that it is often stunning. The world design of the collapse of Evelyon is often beautifully beautiful; It is a mild crack through heavy fog rolling dew hills or icy mountains, litter with the swords of fallen veterans, walking around this world where the game is in its best form. Many Quests also enter you in more abstract landscapes, including a highlight on the half way through the campaign, where you detect a ghostly jagir and even stumble in a sketchbook -like art style for a while.
The game is closely appealed to the inspection closely visually visually, however, with the character model that exit the early days of PS3. Apparently, the Elder Scroll Games have often been ridiculed for their harsh animations, but the NPC falls more rigid and less expressive than the NPC’s fall.
STIF is also a word that can be used for the function of avalan’s collapse. Combat often feels like a war because the enemies with large health pools slowly strike you with telegraph wind-ups, resulting in draw-out encounters, which often includes abundant medicine. Some of this may be below just a skill-centered-based wicked initial-faded initial character building. This is because the collapse of Avlon has most armor and weapon state requirements, you can still wear armor if it requires 10 strength and 10 endurance if you have only two digits, but it would be rapidly less effective that I was facing the heavy armor that I could ratiings a shield of 15, then only I would have to provide 0.6 security. Again, this mechanic is fine in seclusion, but the enemies you fight will give up good loot for 20 hours of the game, almost especially heavy armored combusions and powerful drug mags, so if you are not specified strength, endurance, or spiritually, then you have a very difficult time.

Well treated land
The collapse of Avlon is usually better rent on the legend side of the rollplaying coin, there are many main questions that contain many results that are usually reflected in the post-game fallout-style statement that enrich your choice. Some side quests also include fun writing and setup with a highlight, where a medical businessman asks you to examine an ancient ritual, only for this to be a millennium-old mischief among the souls of the dead drugs for this long. However, all these Quests suffer from the same structural crises that are with many open world games of this ILK deal – they are generally highly repeated.
Most missions can be boiled: go to one place, kill one thing, pick up something from his body and walk back to the person who discovered you. However, several main missions move beyond this, so that you can sometimes fertilize the same bits and back of objects, which can be tedious quickly. By the time you reach the last area and feel that you need to unite four tribes and solve the problems of each of their petty (or not so petty), which will be well tired of the routine. Writing around these quests is rarely bad, but it all can be a little worldly because when you can illuminate an bonfire to rest anywhere, the fast journey is said by Kindleing with a limited resource, so there is possibility, if you have RPG brain, you will eliminate your webs until the end of the game. Even a horse mount does not completely reduce the problem, but thankfully the soundtrack of the game during these long trips is really quite beautiful.

There are things that I respect about the tainted grill: avalan’s collapse. Its soundtrack, for one, is equally very good, and the ambition of the game is undisputed, but I can not really say that I enjoyed my time very much, which is playing it, moment -to -moment. Topical striking Vista and questline cannot make for a world that feels very inhuman in its representation of a fictional version of Celtic culture, and the way you are forced to wander to complete the missions constantly directly, it creates a place that is difficult to enjoy the search. And while interesting rollplaying is the legend beats, it is rarely reflected in the gameplay that rails you in one of the two playstines.
