Thruobac RPG from the manufacturers of C, The Messenger K, was released for positive reviews in 2023. We gave the game one nine and made it a cover and centerpiece of our March 2023 Indi issue. This is a good game that has added various updates like co-op in the last two years. Today, however, the game received its biggest and most impressive update with the Chowkidar DLC’s neck. It is a very large extra for the game, which is about eight hours of additional material and story, new mechanics, new art, and it is completely independent, which does not make economic understanding, but by gratitude, it is not my problem. I just get to play.

The theros of the watchmaker raises on a character that seemed important in the main game, but could not be disturbed to join the artists and their adventure. Sagar’s stars did not lack the plot or attractive story elements, but even at the time of release, the watchmaker looked like a thread that was later to be picked up.
What is smart about DLC is that it removes itself from the main plot and the world in a way that lets it stand somewhat to some extent. The watchmaker’s throw does not feel like a standalone extension. It is in a big game, but the way you connect with it takes you out of the world and puts you in a new place. And in a way I really appreciate, it starts you from zero, or at least near zero.

I played C of Stars on release in 2023 and had a great time, but was back after this time. Each member of my big party was standing around the entrance, ready to jump, while I was still trying to remember everyone’s backstory. Thankfully, the game took an executive decision for me, chose an additional party member for me to take beyond the primary hero, and then snatched them with all their abilities and money to start them with a new suit of attacks.
I imagine that if you are playing the sea of stars for the first time and are rolling the right roll in this DLC, it can be disappointing to lose everyone to reach that point, but for me, it was a near-ignorant blessing. I got a chance to play through a new trajectory of upgradation and appreciated all the new animations. The developer subotes knew that players like me would jump into DLC after years, and show it.
From there, you are treated for a small but sufficient sea of stars experience. The circus and clown theme running through the entire DLC is unique than the rest of the game and allows some fun boss fights and for different places that feel different. New fighter capabilities also challenged me that without feeling that I had forgotten the core capabilities that were making me fail.
The story is also more individual for Valere or Jell, forcing them to examine some of their personal concerns. I appreciated that inward form, as in the main game (and often the case with the hero in RPG), they were less interesting than supportive artists. He had some more intensive characteristics.
The theose of the watchmaker is impressive, especially given that it is completely independent. It is a complete, meaningful expansion to the sea and serves as a good ability to sports. This is a commitment, considering its length, but if you played the sea of stars and enjoyed it, there is no better way to get more, and if you have to play and what is happening, don’t miss the nuances of what is happening, don’t worry, don’t worry. It is designed for that kind of player.
