Two highly anticipated smartphone models are set to launch before the end of the year: Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge and Apple’s iPhone 17 Air. The newly released images of the Galaxy S25 Edge, coming this month, reveals a striking similarity for the iPhone 17 Air rumored images, expecting a hit in the market in September.
The Galaxy S25 Edge, which Samsung launched earlier this year, will come on 13 May. When the phone is launched, it is expected to be one of the thinnest smartphones in the world.

On the back, there should be a vertically placed dual camera system with a 200MP primary sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide lens characterized for high quality photography. At the front, there should be a 12MP camera for selfie and video calls.
Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 Edge is likely to be operated by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Chipset, ensuring smooth performance and efficient multitasking. It will come with 12GB RAM and storage options of 256GB and 512GB.
Now, the iPhone 17 lets turn towards Air.
If the latest rumors are to be believed, this phone must be about 5.5 mm thick, with a 6.6 -inch LTPO display, and the upcoming Apple A19 must be powered by a chipset. The first generation iPhone Air should offer a single rear camera instead of a double rear camera on the Galaxy S25 age. The camera placement behind the phone should be horizontal, which can remind many of Google Pixel 9.
