AI assistants are rapidly cropped, as we can monitor them, promising to automate our worldly daily tasks and skyrocketing productivity. AI audio company Elevenlabs wants to take those promises one step forward: from words to actions.

On Monday, company Launched 11ai, a voice assistant is powered by a library of the company over 5,000 voices. What is to separate this accessory, Elevenlabs claims, it is its integration with the model reference protocol (MCP) of the anthropic, which is quick to connect the AI system, especially agents with ownership data. The MCP has also been adopted by anthropic contestants including meta, Google and Openai.

“Traditional voice assistants face boundaries when it really comes to completing something meaningful,” the company said in the announcement. “They can answer questions, but cannot research new findings based on the data supplied. 11AI has our forest to address it by directly connecting it directly to the equipment you use every day through MCP integration.”
Integration means 11ai can connect your slack, Google calendar, perplexity, and more to automate the command with your voice. In the release, Elevenlabs said that 11ai can help users to plan their morning agenda, conduct customer research, manage projects and do more. If none of the company’s voice option suits you, you can choose to clone your voice instead.

“MCP architecture ensures that all connections are safe and 11ai only has access to specific functions you authorized,” the release has said in the release. “Each integration can be configured with appropriate permissions, which gives you complete control as to what your AI assistant can do and what not.”
Elevenlabs is known for its impressive AI voice cloning and offers other products, including text-to-speech and sound effects generation. More broadly, a significant mode is being formed due to its access to the voice AI system – Google is also incorporating it in the basic discovery.
How to try 11ai
11AI is now available as evidence of the concept in alpha, and Elevenlabs is looking for the user’s response during the “experimental phase” of the product, as it is noted in release. You can try it for free by signing up for free 11.AaiChoosing your favorite language and voice (or cloning your own), want to add your integration and any custom MCP server, and then start a conversation.

Until you choose the option to change it, the assistant’s default name is eleven. You can also accommodate the speed of voice and avatar appearance, and write in adapted behaviors in natural language.
“As we gather reactions and recurrents on the platform, we are adding new integration, will improve the flow of conversations, and expand the action of 11AI,” Ilvanlabs said.
Secrecy
The privacy policy of Elevenlabs states that it may “process your personal data to research, develop and improve our AI models.” Because 11ai is independent, users are also safe to seize their interaction with the assistant as training data.

“Our training practices have the data (or completely removed) data involved in the training dataset that can identify you with your audio, video, or related content,” the policy note.
