In 2025, the average urban Indian no longer needs to wait for a very long time (except for government offices and in traffic): They just have to order what they need from an app, and it will be distributed within minutes. The explosion of quick-commerce in the country means that millions of Indians are faster use, who are not waiting for delivery, or to get out of their homes, startups have almost everything to make everything, from food and grocery items to smartphones and gaming console, available within minutes.
It seems that investors also do not want to wait for a long time: a budding startup outside New Delhi called called New Delhi. rapidlyWhich allows users to book and benefit the services of the house within 10 minutes, to three times its assessment in less than 90 days.
It was only in May when Prono picked up a seed round of $ 12.5 million on an $ 12.5 million evaluation. The startup has now collected a $ 11 million series A round in the $ 45 million money valuation of General Catalist and Glade Brook Capital. The current investor Ban Capital Ventures also participated in this round.
The new funding comes in view of concrete traction: Ponto claims that its revenue has increased by almost five times, founder and CEO Anjali Sardana told Techcrunch, as it came secretly secretly.
The startup now has the number of bookings in “Char-Ankon” every day, and annual recurring revenue in the range of $ 750,000 to $ 1.5 million, Sardana said, although it refused to disclose the exact figures.

“It comes down to a large extent for two things: a speed and crazy motion we were scaling on, as well as investors recognizing the quality of the team and how fast we were executing,” Sardana said, stating what investors did to fund the series soon after their seeds.
For investors, Sardana feels the primary reason that they bet this quickly. Rahul Garg, a partner of General Catalist, said, “We were very impressed with Anjali.” “Given how young she is, seeing that she spends a lot of time in America after coming to India, what she is capable of achieving, supply from supply partners, feedback from customers, her thought process, and how she wants to build and scale this business, we found it very inspiring.”

Pronto is not the only startup connecting domestic workers with consumers. LightSpeed Venture Partners have recently supported Snabbit, and the IPO-Bound Urban Company also provides uniform service.
Garg told Techchchan that there are 180–190 million nuclear families in India that are potential customers for domestic services, and a semi-skilled and unskilled workforce of 35 million that can tap a cumulative salary pool of $ 35 billion in this space.
“Whatever way you see the market, it is enough for many players to create a tolerant business,” he said.
expansion plan
Pranto now has six hubs in Gurugram, a satellite in New Delhi, in May in May. Each of these hubs serves customers within 1.5 miles.
The startup initially demanded 70% to 80% from within 500 meters of houses, as the first two hubs were located in densely populated residential areas. It has now set the hub at intersections so that its workers can reach many small, spread areas.

Pronto’s primary customers are working, and it is looking at high demand. “Domestic help is very popular in India. And, therefore, these uses are cases where the demand is quite concentrated, even in small catchment areas,” Garg said.
The startup has now planned to expand within Gurugram within Gurugram in the next 12–18 months and within Gurugram, including Mumbai, Bangalore and other major cities.
The pronto has a headcon of 33 people and about 750 workers have signed up on its platform.
