
Pokémon company has revealed Pokémon fossil museum, a travel exhibition of Pokémon skeletons and fossils for pudding peliytologists, will leave Japan for the first time in 2026.
The first performance of debut outside Japan will be Chicago’s Field Museum in IllinoisAnd due to opening 22 May 2026It gives you an full year to start savings to travel.
The exhibition is a mixture of real, “life-size” replicates of Pokémon skeletons and real fossils. This will be ready to present researchers to spot the difference between equality and choice Sue t.rex And tyntrum or archeopteryx and archeops. In other words, it is a great way to see that real animals, living and extinct, serve as an inspiration to our favorite Pokémon.
The exhibition has been running since 2021 and has been traveling throughout Japan since its debut, so it is fantastic to see it to go abroad in the end. No last date has been announced yet, but in Japan, the performance usually lasts between 1–4 months.

It is worth noting that there are some slight differences in every exhibition, so what you see in Chicago next year can be very different to appear in the Hofu Science Museum “Solar” or Nigata Science Museum.
In Japan, at least, there were a lot of special goods to take during the release of the performance, so we have to wait and see if the same will happen in the North American version.
