CD Project The Witch 3: Not yet finished with Wild Hunt. The studio today announced that it has got a “One More Patch” in the works for the Garalt’s Big Adventure, which will add cross-platform mod support through mod.io through PC, Playstation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
The CD project said, “Mode making, sharing and enjoying will be easier and more accessible, as the players on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X will be able to share a model ecosystem.” Announcement,
There will be some limitations for mod support on the console. A mod.io The account is connected to a CD projek red account, cross-platform mod support will need to be reached, and not every mod will be available on all platforms.
“Due to the specific material guidelines and selection criteria for each platform, it may not be possible to upload each modes uploaded to the PC to console each modes uploaded on the PC,” the CD Project said in an FAQ. “MODS available on Mod.io should also follow our fan material guidelines and CD Projekt Red User Agreement.”
(So probably not a vagina for all, I am guessing.)
Vichar 3 fans will also not actually be able to make modes on the console – which will be an exclusive scope of PC. Using CD Projekt’s Redkit Modding Tool will not be mandatory to create a cross-platform mod, but is recommended.
This is a very big thing. Mods can carry forward the lifetime of a game that will be normally, and it is as true for The Witch 3 as it is for any sport. (Also recalled that Wichar 3 had received full-on mod support only with the release of Radkit last year-before this, the models had to do with a much more limited modakit.) The selection of good items for the console potentially gives an excuse to pop back a lot of players, and the response has increased appropriately.
The hands of CD Projek are filled with their hands with The Vichar 4 and Cyberpank 2 these days, so why is Vichar 3 still getting such attention? I am not private for the Executive decision making processes of CD Projek, but I know that money is a powerful motivator as a common type of thing, and Win 3 is still pulling it: in its most recent Financial reportThe studio said that The Wichar 3: Wild Hunt has now sold 60 million copies in its standard and Goti versions.
The Vichar 3 hit 50 million copies sold in May 2023, which means that it has shifted another 10 million copies in two years, a number that is only one about any sport, is the only one that is alone that is around since 2015 – and a very good reason to hold support.
