There is no doubt that apple airtag Tracker is the crown jewel of tags, primarily because its precise detection gives you pin-point accuracy on its location.
But AirTags have their drawbacks. First of all, it is not so easy to attach the saucer-shaped disk to the keys of your luggage. then there is CR2032 battery What’s inside it needs to be changed every year.

Oh, and the bell isn’t that loud, and there’s no flashing LED. To help you find your lost items in the dark.
Pebblebee Clip 5The latest tag from a company that’s been dominating the Finder tag scene solves all of these problems and adds a few extra features, too. Let’s take a look.
First of all, it’s a palm-sized tag with a loop built into the polymer, and it comes with a strong and secure metal clip to attach to your keys or luggage. There are no extra bits to buy, like you have to buy with AirTags.
Plus, the loop is tough enough to withstand day-to-day use without breaking.
This loop on the Pebblebee Clip 5 is surprisingly durable.

Inside the tag is a super-loud, ear-piercing 130 dB beeper that is far better than the tiny 80 dB beeper in the AirTag. This extra strength makes it much easier to find your keys when they’ve slipped behind the sofa (yes, that’s happened to me) or fallen out of your hand and into a thorny bush (that’s happened to me too).
And when the beeper isn’t enough, there’s also an ultra-bright LED strobe, which would have been very useful when my keys were in the middle of that thorny bush!

There’s a USB-C charging port on the bottom of the tag, and you’ll need to use it about once a year to keep the tag running.

There is a QR code on the back of the tag. Anyone who finds your tag can scan it and get information on how to reunite you with your lost property, keeping everyone’s details private. And the good thing is that you will be securely notified as soon as someone scans the QR code.
It’s all in one tag that measures 1.77 by 1.49 inches and weighs 0.35 ounces.
The LED strobe built into the tag is super-bright.

Pebblebee claims the tag has an effective Bluetooth range of 500 feet/150 meters. I’ve tested it with my tag, and I was able to connect to it using Bluetooth at this distance, and even when the tag was inside a vehicle, the range was still 250 feet/75 meters.

The tag is made to stay on keys and in your pocket, and it’s rated IP66 for dust and water resistance – so it can handle dusty deserts, chaotic construction sites, or even a surprise storm, but if you’re planning on going for a swim, you’ll have to leave it behind.
ZDNET’s shopping advice
Every Pebblebee search tag I’ve tested has been great, and clip 5 There is no exception. This is a well-designed, well-built tag that goes above and beyond almost everything AirTag brings to the table, with the exception of precise search (a feature that isn’t available to third-party finder tag manufacturers).
While I appreciate the accuracy of the AirTags, it is let down by the lack of LED strobe and weak speaker. Having these features on the Clip 5 makes it much easier to recover. Available in Clip 5 graphite, emerald stormAnd sapphire purple,
