Sparky linux A very good light linux is famous as distribution. Typically, Sparky defaits in the LXQT desktop, but provides a version with Met, XFCE and KDE plasma. When I considered testing Sparky Linux, I thought what would be the best option for new people for Linux, but also wants to benefit from more mild distribution, so they can revive the old hardware (such as computers running Windows 10 that do not support Windows 11).

Keeping this in mind, I decided to go to the KDE Plasma Marg.
I like kde plasma. I think this is the perfect desktop environment for those who are new to Linux, but also want to be able to configure their desktops, although they want (and without struggle). This is a strange combination, given that KDE Plasma is not actually known for a mild environment. This may be true, but KDE Plasma has proved itself quite competent, even with low system resources.
With a combination of sparki and KDE plasma, I was excited to see how it would work … especially for a new for Linux. I downloaded the plasma version of Sparkkey Linux 8 (which is based on Debian 13) and I was not disappointed.
A beautiful desktop
To be honest, I was a rather uneven expectation, taking a brand on KDE plasma, but found that it was attractive. Although it cannot be taken away like some other plasma-based distribution, it is not very dilapidated. The KDE offers transparency on spurki tech on plasma, a floating panel, and (for my relief), it mistakes for a light theme (although it ships with three variations of a dark theme).

Of course, you can also download new topics from KDE Settings app (from colors and theme> global theme). I added Se7en Aero theme. Because I am using Sparki in a virtual machine, I had to install guest adon before applying the new subject. If you prefer the form of a glass desktop, you will appreciate this one.
The Se7en Aero theme is grand.

How I wanted it after I had a desktop, it was time to give distribution once and twice.
Outside the box, you get all the apps that you should be productive. You will find Libreoffice, GIMP, Firefox, Riseup-VPN, Thunderbird, VLC Media Player, and more.
Browser, browser, browser
If you open the sparkle welcome app, you can open the appceenter, which takes a slightly different approach to the choice of gnome software. Sparry APTUS APPCETER holds everything in simple categories, such as accessories, desktops, development, internet, and more.

I clicked the Internet and then web browser to find a large selection of options. Familiar browser and are those about whom I have never really heard of (such as blisk, drowned, iron, min, otter, and slimjet. Default browser firefox ESR, but I decided to go with Opera (because it is my default on everything). Republic, such as at any time you upgraded the software, also upgraded the software. Will be upgraded.
You will find a browser that you have never heard here.

Opera worked for perfection on Sparky Linux, which opens quickly as any other application (which is very fast). At its top, the opera offers a luxurious themed engine, which means that it will not be against the new KDE plasma theme.

Welcome app handles all upgrade. Open the tool, click upgrade, type your user password, and if the upgrade is available, they will be applied. You can also add some desktop effects (such as window slide back effects). For my surprise, adding some desktop effects did not cause any problem with performance. In fact, I found the performance of KDE Plasma on Sparki impressive.
Certainly, it could not be quite flashy, as with Sparky, with XFCE, but seeing that I wanted to test a more complete atmosphere, I was happy to search for KD plasma that performed like a shampoo on Sparki Linux.
You can take care of all kinds of things from the welcome app.

Even more desktop
Remember web browser installer? Sparky desktop gives the same treatment to the atmosphere. Go to the app center, click on the desktop, and you will get 27 different desktops to install Awesom, Budgie, Cde, Cimonon, Enlightenment, GNOME, i3, Mate, Openbox, Sway, and more.
I decided to test it and to establish Buggi to see how successful it would be. After a quick reboot, I logged into an intelligent desktop. The setup of Budgie Desktop was very blurred (especially compared to my customized kde plasma), but Budgie allows a lot of adaptation, so I can turn it as much as I need.

I found that Budge also felt faster than KD Plasma, which is a bonus.
Finally…
After all, my conclusion about Sparki Linux is: If you want a tucking desktop operating system that gives you the option to choose from a lot of different browsers and environments, while Debian also offers the stability and reliability of 13, then Sparki makes up for an outstanding option. It may not be the most erotic distribution available, but I will happily suggest it to all types of users.
