The new Narwhal Flow 2 features the company’s latest technology, with a suction power of 30,000Pa and multiple Artificial Intelligence (AI) features that make it stand out in the market. The Flow 2 is a robot vacuum and mop combination with AI-powered infinite object detection and the ability to customize its cleaning scenarios for homes with pets, babies, and busy households.
how it works
Using AI, the Narwhal Flow 2 can automatically adapt to quietly clean near baby’s crib, and even send reminders for misplaced toys. With Pet Care Mode, the robot increases cleaning power in pet areas, can locate your pet, and features companion video calling. The AI Floor Tag feature identifies and tags valuable items on your floor, sends you a notification and logs them with priority levels for highest avoidance.
All this (and more) object detection technology is powered by dual high-resolution 1080p RGB cameras with a 136-degree FOV and a VLM OmniVision AI model to process scene data. Narwhal Flow 2 processes most of the visual data for object recognition on the device, but whatever it can’t identify locally it can send to a cloud-based AI model.
Thanks to AI processing, Narwhal claims the Flow 2 has millimeter-level obstacle avoidance capabilities, allowing it to clear obstacles without any issues. Just like it can recognize objects on the floor, it can adjust its cleaning mode when it detects dirty areas or wet spills, like its predecessor.

The Flow 2 features a track mop that cleans with water up to 140 degrees to remove stains, surpassing the capabilities of older Narwhal models. Additionally, it provides 12N downward pressure while mopping.
Similar to last year’s Ecovacs Deebot The dock has a reusable dust bag and washable debris filter that allows up to 120 days between emptying.
what else is new
Narwal also announced a new product category by expanding into cordless and mattress vacuums. The V50 Series is a self-emptying cordless vacuum that weighs just 3.1lbs, while a new handheld mattress and furniture vacuum features 137-degree iron heating, UVC sterilization, and 16,000Pa suction.
The company has not yet confirmed when the new vacuums will hit the market – we’ve contacted Narwhal for more information.
