Earlier, there were many other ways for this, but most of them no longer work, or now you need to give incredible apps to your Instagram account. Instagram is an official way to download videos, but it does not work all the time. If any material makes the manufacturer decides to allow people to download their videos, you can use Instagram’s mobile app to save these videos in your photo gallery. Follow these steps to download Instagram videos in this way:

Open the Instagram app on iPhone or Android.

Sign in to your account (if you have not already done this).

Open any public Instagram video, then hit the share button (paper plane icon).

Left on the bottom line (bypassing options to copy the link, send to WhatsApp, etc.).

If the video is enabled by the manufacturer, the last option in the bottom line will say downloadTap this button to save Instagram video in your phone photo gallery.
Note that this method has two main boundaries: the video saved has a tiktok-style watermark, and the download button needs to be enabled by a manufacturer, before it will show. However, you can easily take screen recording on the iPhone or Android phone to save a copy of Instagram videos. With screen recording, UI elements such as choice and comments can be displayed during video, but it works to “download” the actual video properly. Nevertheless, if it is a lot of workaround for you, there are third -party download options.
How to download Instagram videos using third-party websites

I have tried some different options to download Instagram videos, and my favorite Fastdl and Snapinsta. With these websites, there is no need to worry about authorizing the third party to download any app, set automation, or reach your Instagram account. In my tests, he worked as described and I was able to easily download many different stories, videos and photos from public accounts. I did not see any additional file in my computer’s download folder or notification on my antivirus, either, although it is constantly important. Check user accounts For sites like these to ensure that you are safe from malware. Even if a site is safe a day, these devices can change considerably over time.

Snapinsta also performs a good job to download the Instagram content, although it lacks a viewer tab, and the method of downloading multiple photos or videos from a post is slightly less comfortable than the Hindola tab of Fastdl. Nevertheless, it can be helpful if you are having difficulty reaching fastdl. Follow these steps to download a video using Snapinsta:
