Tom Brady can retire from playing football (twice!), But the man is not clearly looking back to sit back, polish seven super bowl rings that he has won on his incredible 23-year-old NFL career, and relaxes. There is no “chill switch” on all -time winning quarterbacks in NFL history.

He owns the Wellness Brand TB12, the apparel company Brady Brand, Sports’ media company religion, and he also owns Las Vegas Reders and a minority owner of Birmingham City Football Club. Tom, as most people know, is extremely serious about nutrition, but he let his hair down (and took off his shirt) to take out the word about goats.

I did not get a tonne time with Tom, who talked to me, which appeared to be a very stylish SUV. But as anyone has seen him playing against his team, he knows, this man can do a lot of terrible in a very short time.

Dan Bova: Tom, I want to start by apologizing to you for all the terrible things I have said to you through television screams while playing jet.
Tom Brady: Hey man, forgive me. You are a jet fan. It must have become fat. Holy cow. But do you know what? I appreciate your loyalty. You never left them. Something has to be said for him.

Talking about the preparation of a football game, you have described yourself as “hyper competitors” and “a psychiatric”. Is it the same as you contact business?
Not really. This is what I need help. And that’s why I have a commercial partner who are psychopaths. They cross every tea and dot i. I contacted football in a very different way – I was in the nuances of the game that I understood so well. And I know that in business, what those details matters. Especially against difficult competition. In the end, partnership with great people matters the most. You bet on those who have vision, experience, a great work moral and great teamwork. And you know that in business, like sports, things do not always go to your way. So you are always going to know how to remove adversity and defeat competition.

So, when you think about Gummi Beer, do you see them like jets, and you just want to kill them?
Yes. I was on my hands from the beginning with goats. It was important to develop something that I would eat. That my children will eat. I want things to be accessible, fun, and with Gopaf, they reach you in 15 minutes, what else can you ask?

How does the goat hoist a bag of pots, Vince Lombardy compare to hoist the trophy?
Oh man. Vince Lombardi Trophy. It is very good seven times in 23 years, but it is only less than one third. Hopefully, we hoist these goats for more than one third. We would like to keep them in the hands of people every day. There are great tastes. There is a sweet version, a sour version, a tropical fusion. And they are better than the rubbish mentioned for you earlier.

What will happen if you can share a piece of advice for entrepreneurs who are looking to level your business game?
Just assume that things will never work, and that you will always have to continue to strengthen yourself again and find different ways to be successful. So even when things are good, always see where the problems can come from and never take your eyes with the ball. You do not want to spend all the time to see in the rearview mirror, but you will understand and learn better than all your mistakes. And, you know that the windshield is big and wide in front of you, and this is where you need to focus, but also know that people are always people tracking you. And it is the same in the game. You have got to stay ahead, never think you have found all the answers and things have come to know.

I recently talked with Shakeel O’Neel how he set a tone in the locker room when he went to a new team. He said, “I ask them to work in my own way or I punch them on the face.” What is Tom Brady’s approach?
Well, I am not 7 ‘2 “and 350 pounds, so it is not necessarily my style. I probably have to introduce myself and have to know the other person so that they can develop some beliefs in this way that I also look at things. I think it is always about understanding what people want and their motivations.

What does the word success mean to you?
I think everyone has different versions. And your actions reflect your priorities. Everyone has different goals in life. Some people want to win seven super bowls, some people want to live in business, some people want to live in politics. When you wake up, whatever preferences you have, do you work on your day that you want to complete? Do you eat, breathe and sleep it? And if it is an off -day, is it a good day? And if it is a journey day, is it a good journey day? So I think they are all important things. And no one punches anyone in the face.
