I am not sure that the paramount took so long to renew the “mobland” for season 2.
In my review of the conclusion of the “Mobland” season, I accused the Paramount of renewing the Tom Hardy Crime Thriller show. Honestly, I was sure that by the time the review came out, it was renewed for the second season on Paramount Plus, but for weeks, there is no news.
Finally, however, the paramount has seen the light – or, more accurately, stopped delaying unavoidable.
In its announcement of “Mobland” season 2 Greenlight, the streaming service said that the show had 26 million audiences and the second most viewed original series was Sometimes On Paramount Plus, only behind last year’s “Landman”.
If this is true, I do not know why it took so much time to declare paramount.
They might wanted to bury the news that they saw Paramount Plus with Paramount Plus Premium, after seeing Warner Brothers, seeing Discovery’s HBO Max Rebranding Roundly roundedly rounded by all (including the company’s own social media accounts).
Then, perhaps it just wants to do paramount things. Eventually, it took several months to announce the official “Landman” season 2, yet it was already filming.
‘Mobland’ started at a slow pace but fade away – I can’t wait for season 2
Despite the reasons for paramount to delay this announcement, we no longer need to worry about whether we will get the “Mobland” season 2.
This is very good, because it was one of my favorite shows to watch honestly this year.
Now, it was not one Best This year shows (this is currently the 11th in my ranking). These are some notable defects, namely Helen Mirren has decided to pronounce whatever the show.
But despite the premiere of a slow -burning series, once the show got its drain, it was thrilled to see it. There are epic murders, some great one-liners and all the gangland violence that you will expect from a show that counts Gai Richie among its executive manufacturers.
The show was certainly establishing itself for a second season how finale ends, pointing to a performance between Hardy’s Harry Dr. Suja and the notorious Cat McTarester (Janet McTare) with all indications.
I can’t wait to see how it plays the storyline, and is officially happening with the “Mobland” season 2, it seems that I will not have to wait for a long time.
