I still like my fancy desk, which I get to make daily construction and use. They are still my primary workstation and what I like. But if you are less in space and only a small room to fit into a workstation, it is a shocking impressive.
I believe, I have yet to mess up with height settings. I have this desk manually, but by setting the height in the first place I got a great height to use a mouse and keyboard with trays and I am watching my monitor at the height at which I want to.
