What you are going to see is once politics and proclamation at the top of cyber, it is going to be even more fracture in terms of not having a strategic approach to the management of funding for cybercity.”
What can help is allowing the office of the National Cyber Director, who now has a confirmation director in Sean Carncross, and heads of Sisa, who still lacks confirmation to weight in these budgetary matters for his nominated director leader, Scene Planki.
Says Montgomery, “How it can recover in a long period, it is through skilled bureaucracy leaders who effectively advocate in the budget process. The scene kernercross and the scene plan are actually those types of those types,” says Montgomery.
