Twitch streammers compete to win bitcoin

A Netflix series licensed for UK and Ireland will provide online streamers in competitions to take a bitcoin home.

According to the show’s website, eight contestants with a joint four million followers will appear on the reality TV series, which will be set for the premiere on 18 June. The series will allegedly compete in a series of challenges to win twitch streamers 1 bitcoin (BTC), which is worth more than $ 104,000 at the time of publication.

It is not clear that the Malta Film Commission selected to focus on a Cryptocurrency Award for the contestants behind the production and filming of the show, but the producer of the series, Mark Holland, reportedly Said “… The last prize could not be a simple cash prize or a visit to Maldives.” The website issued a notice stating that some individuals already used the support of the show with digital assets to release a fraudulent memecoin.

The House of Streams said in a statement of 22 May, “We do not support bitcoin and any other memecoin.”
