- Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra may have the same number of megapixels like last year, but at least one upgraded sensor
- Middle Galaxy S26 model may have a new 50mp ultra-wide camera
- Codenames for Samsung Galaxy S26 series have also been leaked
Usually when a new model of the phone is launched, some aspects are upgraded far more than others, and in the case of the Samsung Galaxy S26 series, it seems that cameras may be one of the main focus of the company, with details of many possible sensors reforms.
As WinfutureThe Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will have a 200MP main sensor, going from another recent camera leakage, a new Sony-produced with a large sensor.
Winfuture says that with Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, there will be a 50mp telephoto camera (possibly with 5x optical zoom), and also an ultra-wide camera, of which they have not yet known. We will assume that there will be a 3x telephoto since the Galaxy S25 is on Ultra, but it is not mentioned here.
The same source also mentions the middle model in the Galaxy S26 line-either Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus or Samsung Galaxy S26 Age-claiming that it has a 50MP ultra-wide camera. Both Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus and Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge have 12MP ultra-wide cameras, so whoever this successor of them will be a sensor upgrade.
So if these tips are correct, then at least one sensor will be improved in at least two Galaxy S26 models.

Given that the S25 series was named PA1, PA2, and PA3, standing for the ‘PA’ bit ‘paradigm’, the site estimates that they are standing for the new Codenem ‘Next Paradigm’.
In any case, while no links are provided, Winfuture claims that it has obtained these codenames and information about this camera from the publicly available database, clearly responsible for Samsung or its suppliers with listing, so there is a high chance that these details are accurate.
We should find out at the beginning of the next year, because perhaps when the Samsung Galaxy S26 series will be launched.
