Ubisoft named Christofe Darenus and Charlie Guylmot as co-CEO of the new subsidiary

Charlie Guylmot had earlier run Ubisoft Mobile Gaming Assistant Owl.

UBISOFT has led a new leadership to the head of the new subsidiary which will focus on the killer’s creed, Rainbow Six and remote rrust. Charlie Guylmot and Christoff will serve as co-CEOs of the Darenus enterprise, including large amounts of funding from Chinese gaming giants tenant.

UBISOFT declared Charlie Guylmot and Christofe Darrenus as CEO of its new subsidiary in one Press release This week. Darrenus has been a long -time employee of Ubisoft, working there for 35 years and handling the leadership roles, recently as Managing Director of Ubisoft’s North American Operations. Charlie Guylmot has also worked at Ubisoft, who is currently running Ubisoft Mobile Developer and Owl, who was caught in controversy when it used Black Live Matter Imageri in a rainbow six spinoff game.

Despite this, it seems that Charlie Guilmot and Darrenus will handle the management of Ubisoft’s new subsidiary. Given that the assistant company took an investment of € 1.16 billion from Tencent, it is still waiting for the approval of the regulatory bodies, but UBISOFT hopes that investment will be approved, the route will be paved for the new group to operate before the end of 2025. The subsidiary will focus on new sports and development of the killer.

Decided with the leadership of the new subsidiary at UBISOFT, we should remain as a details about the final withdrawal and opening of the assistant later this year. You can maintain news and updates on the subject of Ubisoft.
