Vivo has finally introduced a lot of T-T-Smartphones from its X200 series, Vivo X200 Fe. Vivo’s latest smartphone is equipped with a compact form factor, which has now become a new trend in the smartphone industry. However, the handset is also loaded with interesting features, including a MediaTek Demistance 9300+ processor, an impressive 6,500mAh battery, and more. This is not! The brand has also retained its heritage of good cameras with Vivo X200 Fe, and you still get Zeiss-Tuned cameras on this compact smartphone. I got a chance to use the device for a while, and what you should know here.
To start with the design, the Vivo X200 Fe is probably one of the most compact smartphones in the brand lineup, and it is getting a new trend in 2025. A compact flagship is not the first or only brand to introduce a compact flagship smartphone in the Vivo industry. However, the brand has tried to give some different features from the rest of the compact phone.
Vivo X200 Fe is available in three color options: Amber Yellow, Lux Gray and Frost Blue.
The handset is available in three color options: Amber Yellow, Lux Gray and Frost Blue. I found the amber yellow color option for reviews, and it definitely looks quite attractive and different. I like the color repetition Vivo has used for Amber Yellow, as it is a subtle variation of color, which looks warm in without much more without warm.
The rear panel comes with a new metallic sand AG finish, which is soft for touch and feels premium. In addition, the flat metal frame makes it comfortable to catch it. The handset is only 7.99 mm thin and weighs 186 grams, providing the lightest and most compact smartphone. Interestingly, you also get IP68 and IP69 ratings, causing it to become water and dust resistant phones.
The smartphone has a compact 6.31-inch display.
Coming on the display, the Vivo X200 Fe has a compact 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1216 x 2640 pixels. The performance ZEISS master color display is certified and provides a peak shine of up to 5,000nits. The device also has a 460PPI pixel density, 2160Hz PWM dimming and 120Hz screen refresh rate. It also packs HDR10 support, an in-display fingerprint sensor and shot zensation core protection. The performance looks sharp and vibrant during my initial test. We will talk more about this in our upcoming review.
In terms of performance, the Vivo X200 Fe MediaTek Dimes is powered by a 9300+ processor. The handset comes up to 512GB of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage up to 16GB. The handset also runs on Funtches OS 15, which is based on the Android 15 operating system. The company has reduced the blotware, and we will talk more about this in our upcoming review.
The handset is equipped with a triple-camera setup on the rear panel, with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, 50-megapixel tailphoto lens and 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle-lens.
Let’s talk about its biggest USP now: Camera. The X200 Fe is loaded with a triple-camera setup on the rear panel, which includes a 50-megapixel primary Sony IMX 921 VCS Bionic Sensor with f/1.88 aperture and OIS support. The device also has a 50-megapixel IMX882 telephoto sensor with 3x optical and 100x zoom. Apart from this, you also get an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The handset is loaded with a 50-megapixel sensor, with a fan on the front /2.0 aperture.
He said, the company has also retained its partnership with Zes for this smartphone. In addition to twicks at the hardware level, you get Zes-branded multipocal portrait mode, Zes style bokeh, and more. The camera certainly seems interesting because it captures some good details in the daylight. I will talk more about this in my review that falls in a few weeks.
The phone comes with a 6,500mAh battery with 90W flashcharged.
Finally, the Vivo X200 Fe is loaded with an impressive 6,500mAh battery, which features the third generation silicone anode technique. The device is also equipped with 90W fast charging support, although it lacks wireless charging.
He said, Vivo X200 Fe is an interesting smartphone that comes with a compact, premium and greasy design. The compact form factor makes you quite comfortable to hold in your hand. The performance is sharp and provides almost bezel-less experience. The cameras are certainly one of the largest highlights of this model, while the rest of the specifications look decent. As far as the competition is concerned, Vivo X200 Fe can go against OnePlus 13S, which was recently launched.
