I have been a working journalist for almost 20 years, and my hands are not what they used to be.
So since the last decade, I have been doing what I can do to stretch and strengthen my moneymakers with the practice of hands, shoulders and wrists. But as I get older, the recovery process is definitely taking more time, and I need all the pain relief that I can get.
That is why I started investigating the world of Hand Messrs at the end of last year when I had some additional cash burning in my FSA account. I have to spend that money every year or I lose it, so I felt that I would take a flyer on a hand massage, to see if he had done anything for my pain.
I felt that $ 200 hand freight was a gimmick, but it turned out to be a game-changer for my pain. While anything completely ends typing pain and stress throughout the day, massaging one hand on the hands, er, hand (sorry) is a cute little luxury that provides some relief after working for hours.

So I started investigating the world of Hand Massagers in 2025: I really want to find standout products that provide meaningful relief, because I need that relief, and I bet many others who work on computers throughout the day.
Everything I have learned so far is that every model includes variable massage strength and heat. Not all of them have been designed equally, either – it was a test earlier this year – $ 89 Bob and Brad H50 Hand Massage I tested earlier this year, which can give more wrist coverage and strong massage than $ 200 models purchased last year, but there is a comprehensive cutout on each side in the big $ 200 hand so that you can comfort your hand, while your hand is comfortable.

That kind of cutout may look like a small detail, but once you try some of these things, you start seeing how valuable this expansion is really because many hand are cargo No Cut out on the edge -and it means if you have big hands (like I do), then your thumb is often crushed with your hand with your hand.
This is a long way to say that I have been testing hand goods for some time, and I have learned a fair about what to see and what to escape. So when people marketed the individual wellness products of Bob and Brad, I was given the opportunity to test the new and better H50 Handpa Pro Hand Massagar, I was interested.

The H50 Handpa Pro is interesting because it provides you a massage for each individual finger. While I have tested that most hand massages have a cavity surrounded by inflatable bladder, which you stick in your entire hand, the Handspa Pro refines that design with individual cavities for each finger.
Motors and inflatable bladers, who provide hand massage sensation, wrapped around every cavity of the device, so the pitch is that you feel that you are getting a rampage massage.
This small gadget weighs under two pounds and comes with a small cache of accessories consisting of a carrying bag, a finger massage tool and some disposable gloves that you can wear to keep your massage clean while wearing lotions.
The H50 Handspa Pro takes charge via the Pro USB-C and has enough charge to run at least 3-4 massage at maximum strength for maximum runtime (15 minutes), so it is quite portable to boot.
I have been using one for two weeks now, and since it is exempted on Amazon at this time, I thought now would be the best time to tell you what I think about this hand and finger cargo.
This looks really like a hand spa

The name is unintelligent as the name, I think the H50 Handspa Pro Hand Sazzer actually distributes a little on the promise of being a portable hand spa.
For the beginning, it is the best and soft design of any hand massage that I have used to date, with a soft foam exterior that ensures that you will not harm anything if you accidentally slam it into something. Unlike its predecessor, the H50 Handspa Pro has a compartment for your thumb. And since there is no harsh plastic between your hand and foam exterior, you can actually push your fingers In The foam external and an additional inch extends them either.
This causes a funny looking effects where you can see your finger pushing through the exterior of the massage, but on the contrary you can ensure that you are receiving full risk for a copy-fetish massage, to ensure that you can massage your fingers.
This is important because if one of the most important things about hand massage this year is that everyone is different and adjustment is important for comfort. My hands are on a large part of the average, for example, so I really like to be able to spread my hands to the expansion of the full finger and fill every available bit to fill every available bit inside the massage.
And while 3 massage mode, 3 intensity levels and alternative heating are essential in hand massage at this point, copy-finger massage is quite unique and looks great. While I think the strength and heat of the Handpa Pro is slightly low, it is good to be able to feel it around each individual finger.
This weak massage is too small for comfort

While the H50 Handspa Pro affects with its premium design and anatomical massage capacity, after weeks use, I have to accept that I am a little overwhelmed.
In my experience, H50 is very weak in the case of both heat and intensity of massage. I have used all my three modes to feel a great massage in all three strength settings, with and without heat, and when using it.
I do not even love how small and fed up on my hands. This is the smallest hand massage I have tested till date, and for me, it means that it barely comes to my wrist.
It may not look like an issue for a hand and finger massage, but the problem is that my pain is not limited to my hands and fingers – it spreads through my wrist. So when I am massaging the pain, I hate the fact that there is no attention on my wrist.
The additional disappointment about these issues is that the H50 hand massage I tried earlier this year extends below the wrist and despite being $ 10 cheaper, makes the wrist stronger, warm massage compared to the H50 Handpa Pro.
I also wanted to tell that I have read some complaints in Amazon reviews that the H50 Handpa Pro can actually increase the symptoms of the Carpal tunnel by compressing the wrist. I have not experienced myself any pain or discomfort using the Handpa Pro, but I can confirm that it applies pressure around the edge of the hand hole – and on me the edge wraps around my wrist, where the carpal tunnel lives.
Ground level
Bob and Brad H50 Handspa Pro is not my favorite hand massage that I have ever tested, but premium design and anatomical massage capacity are very compelling.
I would probably keep using cheap bobs and Brad H50 hand massage (which is also on sale) on H50 Handpa Pro because I prefer strong, hot massage of H50 and I like that it extends far to massage my wrist.
But I also want to tell that hand freight is a deep personal choice because everyone is unique when it comes to hand/wrist pain and tolerance for heat and massage.
I have large hands and very pain, for example, so I prefer strong, warm, comprehensive massage for the maximum period. But when my partner tries to use one of these massages in my settings, she complains that it is trying to squeeze her hand, which can be a terrible sensation.
So when I find the H50 Handpa Pro find a little weak for my needs, I believe that many people will find more comfortable to use it. I also feel that if you have small hands, you will have very little problem with the squat length of the Handpa Pro.
But suppose you have a carpal tunnel or any kind of situation that will be affected by pressure on your wrist. In that case, as long as you talk to a doctor or physical therapy professional, it can be clear whether one of these concessional massages would be a good option for you.
