The Federal Trade Commission sued the meta to prevent the acquisition of Instagram and WhatsApp by the Federal Trade Commission, which is going on at the end of its future -shaped test. Last month when CEO Mark Zuckerberg took the stand, the test stopped, and it is expected to last several weeks.
The Acquisition of Instagram of Facebook 2012 is a central part of the FTC case against Mata. The government says Zuckerberg bought Instagram to neutralize it as a contestant. When Instagram’s cofounder and former CEO Kevin Sstrom took a stand, he did not protect the move. While Zuckerberg testified that Meta had helped Instagram grow, Systrom testified that Zuckerberg saw Instagram as a “danger” for Facebook’s development and intentionally stopped the company’s resources.
In addition, Facebook’s decision to pay $ 1 billion for Instagram – an app with no revenue and just a handful of employees – looked like an incredible amount. Sheryl Sandberg thought that Zuckerberg had overped for Instagram. Since 2012, in an exchange between the two, he said, “Yes, it is definitely very high.”

The national ocean and atmospheric administration has warned the National Meteorological Service of possible attacks from an armed conspiracy group. According to a CNN report, the legends of the group on patrol are going after the government radar as they believe that they are being used as “weather weapons”. Despite its cooler-to-average name, Nexrad or the next generation season radar is quite worldly, which is used by NWS to detect rainfall in the atmosphere. Nexrad plays an important role in thunder and detection of tornadoes. National Meteorological Service Employees have been advised to work on remote radar sites and reports the authorities.
