We know that Android 16 is going to launch much earlier in the year compared to Android 15, and now indicated that Google Pixel 10 did in 2024 compared to Pixel 9 earlier this year.
As Android policePixel Superfan in the UK – so the owners of the Pixel who have signed up for access to a community of those who are actually like Pixel – have been invited to a special Pixel 10 preview program on 27 June.
Yes, this is June 27, 2025 – only 27 days from today (31 May). Pixel 10 is no longer named after the name invitation, but it refers to the “pre-relief pixel device”, which is probably the upcoming flagship phone.
We are guessing a little here, but Google Pixel was launched on 9 August 2024. If Google is going to superfans Pixel 10 near the end of June, we can see a launch for the device for some time in July.
Growing fast
An earlier Pixel 10 launch will also fit with the Google Trend recently: Google Pixel 8 was unveiled on October 12, 2023, so these launch is happening with the first and first year – perhaps to overtake the traditional September iPhone launch.
And Android is also launching earlier this year: Android 16 is expected to leave beta for some time in June, while Android 15 did not officially end until September 2024. Google seems to be accelerating its hardware and software development.
Thanks to Android 16 beta program and Google I/O 2025, we already know a lot what the software upgrade is bringing with it, of course. One of the most important updates is a visible overhaul called the material 3 expression.
We do not know much about Pixel 10, although some leaks and rumors have come out in recent months. It is clearly upgraded with a very luxurious camera, and better performance techniques.
