Microsoft 365 provides better value than Google
The original 100GB plan on both another Microsoft is $ 19.99 annually on Google. However, since I needed at least 1TB of place, I saw what the two companies offered. Google has a 2TB premium subscription, priced at $ 99.99 per year. Microsoft 365 individual costs are the same, but only provides 1TB cloud storage.
So, if I am buying only for myself, I must have chosen Google a membership. However, my wife also needed online storage – that’s why I chose the option of Microsoft 365 family instead. This Google is a premium or Microsoft 365 more expensive than individual. I also shared it with my mother, so if you divide it by three, I am effectively paying $ 44 per year per year.
More than this, every member of my membership gets 1TB of cloud storage. Since I can share membership with five other people, it means that we are getting a total of 6TB online storage. If I get three other users to share my membership, I am effectively paying just $ 22 per head.
You can share a Google One Premium membership with the same number of people, but you will use the same pool of 2TB of all cloud storage. Therefore, if a member of mine uses a vast part of available storage, I will be able to need to buy additional capacity myself.

Onedrive is more convenient to use with computer
Both Google One and Onedrive are compatible in many devices, but I love how Onedrive sinks more easily on my computer. Since Onedrive is a microsoft product, it is originally installed on my Windows 11 PC. This set up to make up more convenient, and since I use a Microsoft account to log into my computer, my files are automatically sinks in a new PC.

The biggest advantage of Microsoft 365 membership is that I get access to full Microsoft app on both desktop and mobile. So, whether I am working at home on my Windows PC, in a hotel on my MacBook Air, in a coffee shop on my iPad Air, or using my Samsung S24 Ultra, I have complete functionalism of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This is why Microsoft 365 pays for itself. In addition to those three programs, I also get other feature-rich apps like Outlook, Onenote, Microsoft Defender, Clipchamp, and more.
Certainly, Google Docs is independent and can work offline. However, you still need to eventually need to join the Internet so that you are able to save the file you are working on. But with Microsoft 365, I can work online without the need to go online and save the files locally.

Since Onedrive works on all my mobile devices, I use it to return my photos on them automatically. I think it works originally on both my iPhone and Android phones, making sure that my memories have been saved online, no matter which device I use. I can then clean the old pictures from my phone, ensure that I do not run out of space on them.
The ONEDRIVE app on mobile phones also has a scan feature, allowing me to take images of documents and save them as if they were scanned cleanly.

I pay mainly for Microsoft 365 membership for 1TB cloud storage. However, all other features that include Microsoft make it a complete theft, especially because I am sharing it with some other people. But if I was only receiving cloud storage for myself and not sharing it with anyone else, I can live with Google one for its 2TB cloud storage capacity.
