Why will the domain-based attacks wreak havoc

Domain spoofing is not taken seriously

The domain is a sate of spufting website Spoofing. It contains many sub-technics, such as fake domains that mimic valid (eg, micros0ft.com), so people feel safe when they click on a link when they should not. Homograph attacks use other alphabets (eg, арLe.com, such as a Cyrillic letter, which resembles ‘A’, but not), using similar results. With typosquatting, people can miss a domain name (eg, google.com) and see a malicious forgery.

AI is inadvertently increasing the danger. Natakraft Research found that AI Chatbots returned the wrong URL for famous brands, as many times they were right. 131 naturally said about web addresses, Only 64 (66%) Answer with the verified site of the brand.

This is particularly worrying because people rely on AI-borne answers, making them more likely to click and rely on the fake site that occur. The URLs suggested by AI engines also often appear without reference, such as snipet or verified domain badges, which can help people to spot the spoof sites before arriving.
