    Summary

    • Windows 11 is becoming more customized with an upcoming update, allowing you to reproduce your volume and glitter indicator within the screen.

    • The new setting will provide placement options such as the top left, top center, or default bottom center for on-screen elements.

    • Some options to avoid conflicts with core interface elements such as start menu seem to be deliberately limited.

Windows 11 years since DOS is the most precious thing since the years, as far as adaptation, it seems to be a priority in the Microsoft Agenda with the upcoming Windows 11 25H2 update. Complaint works. Now, it is getting even more adaptation.

An update for Windows 11 and Windows Server 2025 will introduce a new level of adaptation to on-screen indicators, allowing you to reproduce volume and brightness flyouts for the first time. Ever since the initial release of Windows 11 in 2021 has returned, on-screen indicators for tasks such as adjusting volume or screen glow in the lower center of the screen. If you do not like them for whatever reasons you do, however, this update will allow you to tailor this aspect of user experience for your preferences.

The new setting, which is seen in the Windows Server 2025 test construction, will be accessible through the Settings menu under System> Information. You will then be presented with three placement options for these on-screen elements: default bottom center, top left and top center. The top left is especially there because it is the place where the flyout was located back when Windows 10 was installed in our computer, so you can either roll back on it, leave it, or enjoy a new middle-middle-road option (top center).

Windows 11 is bringing back another Windows 10 feature

No, it is not a vertical taskbar.

You cannot even take the indicator to the left or right of the screen. This range is likely to be to avoid potential conflicts with other main interface elements, such as the start menu, which can be aligned to the left. In this way, microsoft ensures that on-screen indicators do not overlap with important system navigation features.

This is just the latest adaptation facility that is being added to Windows in future updates. We also have a re -designed start menu, the options to customize the size of the objects in your lower bar … the possibilities are endless. While the previous versions of Microsoft Windows are not enough as customized as Windows 11 (remember that when you can turn the entire OS theme from the list of grains?), It is probably optimized as Windows 11 will either get before the revival or we get a completely new Windows version. Hopefully, we will see a lot of adaptation additions before 25h2, in fact it will roll out users in a stable way by the end of this year.

Meanwhile, it is being quietly being tested with the Windows server, which means that there is a really non-zero chance that we see it in 24h2 before it rolls out with 25h2.
