    Windows 11 is widely known for sucking in privacy, as it comes with a lot of default settings that can be a privacy nightmare. But don’t worry – there are ways to achieve significant control in that area. You just have to take charge.

    Location tracking

    Windows 11 tracks your location by default, making Microsoft and Third-party apps to know where you are. If you are uncomfortable with it, or rarely using location-based apps such as weather or Uber, disabling location services prevents data collection.     App permissions

    Microsoft account settings

    When installing Windows 11, you have to sign in to complete the installation with a Microsoft account.     Telemetry and background data collection
