We have a lot of non-salesoftware that takes on the style of souls that can easily stand on their own for one reason or another, and in this season, Chengdu-based Lenezi is throwing his hat in that ring in his gaming debut. Wuchang: Follen feather is a soul-like game that takes us to an imaginary ancient China based on folklore and mythology, but it also puts some spin on the formula that makes it an interesting action-RPG in itself.

Wuchang: Follen feather takes the players on a fictional adventure in the shoe land at the end of the Ming dynasty. Players play the role of Wuchang, a female pirate warrior who suffers from a strange curse. A demonic, human -eating demon, has destroyed the land amid the conflict of the warning groups and leaves those who avoid their attacks with the disease known as feathers. The victims will grow ghostly wings on their person, lose their memories, then their sense of humanity, and finally turn into a demon. Wuchang already has wings on his arm and has lost his memory at the beginning of the game, so a deteriorating curse is his biggest problem, but it also gives him a power that he uses to fight enemies and tries to find out how to protect himself and others from the wings.
The most standout part of Wuchang: Follen feather is that it is beautiful in its environment and action. Areas where you travel, they facilitate a juicy mangari of ancient temples, forests, mountains, towns, palaces, underground mines and more. Wuchang also feels huge, in which many ways are placed in many different parts of adventure work for you. I sometimes found myself paralyzed at various intersections because a stray route could create an easy treasure, or it could be a new, huge section and it made the exploration exciting. I found myself stopping and taking it several times in my environment because Leneji had done such a big job to prepare the land you wander.
Action and enemy design is also very good, as you destroy your enemies with massive classification of weapons and magic. And those enemies really run to demonic creatures filled with folded facilities and cruel attacks from your typical human fare. The only part that I was not curious was some human character model. Most of them, out of cutting, is a bad case of the doll’s face. I would not really have noticed because Wochang usually has a back for you and everything is in speed, except that when you have a camera facing Wochang, she sometimes looks directly on the screen with your Anamotive doll face directly on the screen. At least to say, but I also took a look at the human faces of many enemies, which were stuck in an evergreen forever, after just looking mindless. It does not do much to separate from a sport in which rapid action has been emphasized, but it is there.
Distribute decisions and protect yourself

Killing that clarity resets your insanity, and I liked everything about the process that is compared to the common drop and collection of goods on death in other sports.
Another part of happiness to play Wuchang is weapon and gear that you can find below any given path. The game consists of several weapons of weapon, including heavy and hard-touching longsword and X, agile dual swords, long-term passengers, and magic-ear-handed sword. With each weapon, Wuchang can do mild attacks, heavy attacks, charge heavy attacks, a shared discipline step and a unique skill. It is interesting for me that you do not have a universal block or parry. Blocking is limited to axes as their discipline, and eventually some tricks unlock a parary as a special ability, but your best defense is usually theft.
Unique skills are also terrible because they give a lot of difference to weapons that co-resign the same class. For example, the first spear you find has a charging attack that ends in an icy explosion, but another spear will allow you to increase the blade with chains and appoint a hurry of fire in its skills. You can further enhance your fighter style with Benediction Mod and Acupuncture needles. Mods can be slot in weapons to give special effects on an enemy killing, and the needles give you an active buffer that can strengthen different aspects of your kit, such as an increase in spell damage or the effects of a debur such as frostbite and burn. All this comes with a skill tree, which includes buffer for normal buff for each weapon square or simply vochan
In this game, one of the most interesting spins on the formula similar to a soul can be Skybourne. In exchange for a magic meter, most of your magic mantras and arms skills use the earned points of Skyborn. Some mantras and skills require skybourne, when you are Skyborn Points, other strong versions become. You start with the capacity of a point, but can quickly reach three points of Skybourne’s capacity, and even unlock the capacity for further upgrades. The most basic way of achieving Skybourne is to dodge enemy attacks, such as they are going to hit you, but weapon is also upgraded to classes such as eliminating a basic combo to indicate Skybourne. This system risks to reach you to reach the best attacks of Wochang and it seems surprising when you detect the flow of crime and defense to make it. Just as even, you can easily knock out of that flow and beaten a pulp if you are not careful and cannot keep your sky, it also adds to the challenge.
In this game, the enemies are clean and encourage the experiments and diversity mentioned above. I usually found the owners and large enemies in solid encounters with a proper growing challenge. Nevertheless, I was not always crazy about the response in the game. It seems that most enemies will give tanks to your hit, which will bite them without a cutting reaction. This makes sense on the older people, but it was foolish to me that I was cut through a quarrel of the sixth of the spear to see the small bandits. I would probably get more upset if there were not such good aggressive options, but it was more than noticeable and often left me a bit disappointed that the hit effect does not measure enough until the rest of the Wochag.

Wuchang had a lot of avenues through it, and its NPC often tasked me with opportunities that I had the option to ignore or respond in many ways. This, combined with a sheer option of arms and gear, I am very confident that I can play again and take my search in a different direction as much as I did for this review. The character models do not always look great, and the feeling of combat was not always where I wanted it, but it is still an interesting on the action-RPG style of souls, which brings enough unique elements on the table that it seems well worth the challenge.
