XAI on Sunday expanded the company’s latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) model, Grocke 4 for all users. The model released last month was available for earlier only paid customers. With this expansion, on free tier they will be able to use Groke 4K auto and expert mode, while heavy supergrokes are exclusive to heavy users. Interestingly, the expansion of XAI comes only a few days after the release of their GPT-5 AI model to all registered users of Openai.
Groke 4 is now available to all users
One in Post On X (East was known as Twitter), XAI’s official handle announced that Groke 4 is now available to all users globally. The AI firm also stated that for a limited period, those on free tier will find “generous use boundaries” to detect the latest large language model (LLM) of the company. In particular, XAI owner Elon Musk announced three days after making the Grocke Imagine Video Generation feature available for all American users for free.

What will be available for those who have not subscribed to supergroke or ex premium schemes? XAI Grocke 4 is offering auto and expert mode. Auto mode is a smart mode that automatically determines whether the requested sign requires an additional logic budget to generate more accurate and detailed response, or if the fast mode is sufficient. Expert mode gives users a manual control to switch to logic mode when they feel that the default reaction of the groc is insufficient.
However, free users will not have access to the most performing model Grocke 4 Heavy in the family of AI model. Additionally, as long as the users live in the US, they will not have either access Image and video generation capabilities of imagine. Paid subscribers will continue to achieve high rate limit in all models and features.
Last week, Musk shared plans in a space discussion to show advertisements within the interface of Groke in the website and mobile apps. Currently, in addition to membership and application programming interfaces (APIs), there is no revenue stream for chatbott, and advertisements create a new avenue for integration company.
