Nintendo switch 2 Joy-con controllers include mouse capabilities that open the new system even more games. We have already seen how the third-party titles like civilization VII will support this feature when the new device comes in this June, and it seems that other developers are just excited.
Talk to RPG site recentlyKnightdive CEO Stephen Kick noted how big the couple mouse feature is, because many games of their studio are clearly “to be played in this way”:
“When I saw the support of the mouse for Switch 2, it also passed through my mind. It was, oh boy, a lot of our games, that they had to be basically played. So it would be great for that option.”
He has also mentioned how he would like to get System shock remake At some point on the nintendo platforms – coming to the switch next month with another game. And just imagine the mouse support in both these titles!
While the mouse controls of Switch 2 are not the greatest reception, they are certainly a welcome feature, as the players can really swap their playstail on the fly, without the need to plug into a real mouse or anything like that. This also means that developers will be able to consider more games for platforms, and perhaps even in some styles they will not normally have a nintendo device (or console, normally).
Some other sports highlighting the mouse capabilities on Switch 2 include Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, Drag X Drive and the upcoming release of nitrome. Rat workWhich is like a collection of Vario-style of party games.
Nintendo recently confirmed the mouse features on Joy-K2 controllers, which would allow you to navigate the switch menu.
