About a month ago, Google A small announcement But high anticipated joints for chrome on Android – the ability to move the address bar of the browser under the screen. “Depending on the size of your hand and your device,” Google explained, “one address bar may feel more comfortable than another.” This update gives you the flexibility to choose your favorite place.

It has been a slow rollout, but is picking up things as this feature is now available for a wide number of users.
Some users are getting a notice about the new option when they open chrome, but not all. I never received any information on my Pixel 9 Pro, so I did not know about any change, but I was able to move the bar when I tried.
How to transfer your chrome address bar on Android
To move the address bar in chrome, you must have the latest version of Chrome. If you do, you have two easy options. The first address is to tap and hold on the bar. You should see “move the address bar from the bottom”. Tap that option, and the bar will move. The second way is to tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner, open the settings menu, and look for the new “address bar” option.
If you are curious about why this change also matters, try it. The phones are much larger than ever, and I have a big model. When I moved my Chrome address bar to the bottom of my phone’s other navigation button, I found it quite easy to go to a new site or reach my bookmark.
While scrolling late at night, I dropped my phone on my face, remembering that it is almost always when I am trying to reach the browser address bar, so this is at least one improvement on that front.
Other mobile browsers such as Firefox, Samsung Internet and Microsoft Edge already have a similar feature.
