In the last summer, Google added the ability to Gemini in Gmail to summarize personal messages or long email threads. It was a particularly useful feature to catch on an email chain when you walk or if you were on a small screen like your phone.

The only drawback was that you had to manually start the process “Summer this email” from the Gemini sidebar. It is changing, at least for some users.
Automatic summary card
In Tomorrow a declarationGoogle says that those summary cards will now appear automatically for the field users.
From this week, mobile user will begin to see summary on top of email messages when Gemini determines that it is helpful – for example, in a long thread, or in messages with several answers. Google says that Gemini connects all major points with email, given that the summary will change with the new answer.

If a message does not have an automatic summary, you can still use the Gemini Sidebar method or look for a “summarizing this email” chip at the top.
Availability
This feature is still available for email in English and only for mobile users. Google says the automatic summary add-on is slowly rolling out, which means that it may take up to two weeks to appear in your account. It is available for the field accounts on both Android and iOS devices.

Gemini appears to be a reliable product, but in general, given the nature of AI, it is always best to ensure that these summations are correct.
How to shut down summary
If you cannot see these summons, you can close Gemini in Gmail, but it means that you can also reach all other features, such as suggesting answers, drafting messages, getting information from previous messages, getting details about Google Calendar events, and adding events to your Google calendar.
