    Redmi 15C is likely to debut in select global markets soon. Anything beyond any formal, a report has leaked the alleged design render of the handset, which suggests its design and possible color options. The rumor Redmi smartphone has also allegedly appeared on several certification sites, indicating an adjacent launch. Along with Redmi 15C, Poco C85 is also listed on several certification databases. Both phones are expected to offer the same, if not equal, features. Redmi 15C is expected to succeed the Redmi 14C, which was unveiled in August 2024.

    The design of the Redmi 15C appears separately from its predecessor, Redmi 14C, as seen in leaked images. Instead of a circular camera module, the 15C model has a square camera island with round corners. Located in the upper left corner of the rear panel, the island arranges two separate circular camera slots, as well as with LED flash unit placed within a small spherical slot.

    At the bottom of the rear panel, the Redmi branding is located on the left. The flat display of the handset has narrow bezels, a little thick chin and a centrally placed waterdrop notch for the front camera. Volume rockers and power buttons are located on the right side, while the SIM card slot is located on the left.

    According to a xpertpick report, Redmi 15C with model number 25078ra3ea has appeared at the NBTC certification site in Thailand. According to the report, Poco C85 was seen on the same database with model number 25078pc3eg. Similar model numbers suggest that two alleged smartphones are expected to be launched with similar features, if not the same.

    The NBTC listing for Redmi 15C and Poco C85 confirms that both are LTE-enabled models and therefore, is not expected to support 5G connectivity. The report also stated that the phone was first seen on EEC EEC of Europe and IMDA certification sites in Singapore, suggesting an adjacent launch in select areas.

    The model number of Redmi 15C and Poco C85 may indicate “2507” in July launch, but it does not confirm it. The handset can be officially unveiled later in July, although he is still expected to be launched for some time soon and not too late in the year.
