The Mario Cart is the first major swing of Nintendo after the World, a new 3D platform of the studio, which brought us Super Mario Galaxy. If our review in Shacknews here is a signal, then Bananza is a Benger. And unfortunately – keep in mind that I am saying it as a fan – Donkey Kong has not been a poster boy for bangles in the long run. If you are coming to this new game unaware of DK’s previous achievements, then I will forgive you. Perhaps you missed some of the biggest hits because you were not one of the ten people who bought Wii U (cannot blame you). Perhaps you are just a young and do not go back to the old classics (a mistake).
Either way, if you are eager about this big, where it came from, or what he was doing since the original donkey Kong (difficult to remember that one), we felt that we felt that it would be fun to play a small game that I termed “DK catch-up”. I am writing a retrospective, which I am saying. Please clap. We will talk more about playing a little clap.
I have broken the donkey Kong history into a loose “era”, although something overlapping is if you see it at a time. But there are many different ways in which Nintendo used DK over the years, and each one is interesting for its own reasons. You know for better or worse. Let’s go in it.
Arcade OG

Donkey Kong started here, and placed Nintendo on the map. Despite starting his career as a villain in this version of DK, there was a cute, semi-ethics form with soft features and a brilliant smile. Of course he was too much menacing in sports, a powerful serious and a factory running out of the battery with a prestigious sound effect. You played as Mario, chasing construction towers to save Polyne from the clutches of your King Kong-style. In the sequel, Mario is a bad man, when you play as donkey Kong Junior, capture DK. Swinging in vines and avoiding crocodiles on the way to rescue.
Despite Donkey Kong’s cultural influence at the time, the later success of Nintendo with Super Mario Brothers meant that DK sat down until an outsider joined with a divisive reboot. Nevertheless, at least two classic arcade games came from this era which are quite easily playing. The original game is so good that there is a really intensive documentary about it. Donkey Kong 3 … is also present. You play as a random, blue collar friend who attacks DK with a bug spray. It is a mess.

The original also found a detailed remake on the game boy, which is widely known as one of the best games for the original game boy, and is still still the best DK game.
Rare, with an approach

UK developer rare, first known for goods such as WWF Games and Battletads on NES, somehow assured Nintendo to hand over the donkey to Kong. DK was fully designed along the 90s edge, and was an early example of 3D graphics for Super Nintendo. The dark tone and visual style were divisive to many (especially within the nintendo), but the donkey Kong Country Series is remembered thanks to elements such as David Wise’s immense luxurious soundtrack, massive boss fights and the mindless sense of humor.

Donki Kong enjoyed having a big deal again for some time, developed a series of game Boy Games (Donki Kong Land) with a small team in the rare team, a popular racing adventure game starring Didi Kong, and notorious donkey Kong 64. Even there was a completely bizarre cartoon chain, which could remember some of us, and others could remember them with their minds. Unfortunately many other sports were canceled on the way, and as long as the next console of Nintendo was ready, okay, keep reading.
Novice kong

After a rare part with Nintendo to work … elsewhere, Donkey Kong was in a thick place. DK was lost as a chain, and ended as a laboratory of magnitude for any strange gimmick, came up with nintendo. Donkey Kanga was a music game that came up with a set of plastic Bongo drums, which you really had to clap, a concept that was almost used for a racing game, before the donkey Kong barrel explosion was taken to WII to lead a more peaceful death.

You also saw goods like DK: King of Swing and its sequel jungle climbers, in which you used the shoulder button, once to guide a series of Clei Clue Land for a strange pseudo-sequel to the proud gorilla. Other games appeared during this time such as fondly remembered jungle beat, but nintendo sad that our boy was once unable to give star treatment to our boy once. By the time history repeated itself.
Called from party

But before we go ahead, we have to accept that most people (especially small gamers) recognize donkey Kong. party games! DK, as a nintendo origin, was continuing regularly at Mario Cart, Mario Sports Title and Mario Party. Well, for most parts. Nintendo was so derogatory to the man/monkey who created that he was actually removed from the Mario party roster for four games, the Mario party was not playing outside a specific mode in the party 4, then the Mario Party disappeared to 10. An displeasure, if you ask me. Imagine doing this for one of the covered athletes of Mario Hops, which is one of the best basketball games done so far. Incredible.
Misunderstanding king

Nintendo finally saw an error of his ways, and worked with retro studio to make a comeback with the Return of the Donkey Kong on the WII. Naturally, instead of losing their mind happily, most people were upset that the returns were not a new metroid Prime and were happy to dismiss this one outside the gate. It had problems, such as a lot of gimmick Wii control, but retro did a lot of work, where left back in a rare day. A sequel for Wii U brought back the tropical freeze, even the famous composer for the Soundtrack, David Wise. Unfortunately, tropical freeze was launched for Wii U, where nothing could save any game, no matter how good it was.
However, both the games were ported to switch, and I recommend both heartily.
Hollywood makeover

The last new donkey Kong game (one side port) before now was technically mini Mario and Friends: Amibo Challenge, which was dropped in 2016, which ended the donkey Kong Banza nearly a decade-lax. A part of the Impatus to lose the streak is the Super Mario Brothers film, which was prominently donkey Kong and set a long way to restore his star power. DK is now getting his own film, but in the meantime Nintendo took an opportunity to reboot this character, with Switch 2 launch.

The DK was refreshed at an entire design, which has different characteristics from the rare design, but sanding some old edges. He now has a more expressive, Cartoni Vibe, a large part of the donkey Kong Kenja. He makes a lot of fun faces in that game, friends. He is also forming a team with a version of a child of Polyne, which also seems to shake the position of Donkey Kong Lore. This is a new ballgame for OL ‘DK, and hopefully people show this time and give nintendo a reason to maintain speed.
