It is said that it agrees to buy a regulated brokerage platform Oasis Pro, which lays a groundwork to roll token shares in the coming months.

This year, UK-based Archax acquired FINRA-control broker-deale Globacap private markets to expand the US and Promethem also announced the launch of broker-dealer acquisition and transfer agent.
“Acquisition connects our brokerage platforms and licenses with OSDO’s existing institutional-grade infrastructure and products, a regulated token is a comprehensive basis for the securities ecosystem,” said the CEO of Oasis Pro Pat Lavacia, which is ready to join the Ondo when the acquisition is closed.
The Oasis, established in 2019, was one of the first American firms authorized to dispose of digital securities in both USDCs and Dai, such as the Oasis Pro, Fiat and Stabecrims. It also contributed to shaping the regulatory policy through Finra’s Crypto Working Group.
Ondo, already managing more than $ 1.4 billion in tokens property, said it is planning to roll out shares with token shares for non-American investors through its global market platform in the coming months. Exchanges including Robinhood, Gemini, Crackon and Bibit have recently introduced similar offerings.
The deal regulator approval is pending.
