We only present a single layer multimodal sensory skin made using a highly sensitive hydrogel membrane. Using electrical impedance tomography techniques, we reach 863,040 conductive routes across the membrane, allowing us to identify at least six different types of multimodal stimuli, including human touch, damage, multipoint insulated press and local heating.
